Relacja z pobytu w Wiedniu (II): Muzeum Historii Sztuki & Das Loft

English version:
A month on from travelling to Vienna, it’s time for the second – and final – instalment of words and pictures charting my spontaneous trip to the Austrian capital. I spent the last few days of my stay in Austria admiring the works of art at the Kunsthistorisches Museum, which is considered to be one of the biggest and most important galleries in the world. Given my love of art, I again jumped at the chance to muse over the works of some of the world’s most outstanding artists which have stood the test time and survived for hundreds of years. If you fancy adding a visit to the Kunsthistorisches Museum to your itinerary while in Vienna, make sure you allow a few hours for sightseeing as hundreds of fine paintings await you, including works by Pieter Bruegel (who isn’t familair with the world-famous Tower of Babel?), Jan Vermeer, and Peter Paul Rubens. After visiting three museums in just a few days, I was left hugely impressed and hugely inspired. Away from the museums, if you like unusual architecture then you must pay a visit to the fairytale Hundertwasserhaus – a curious complex of colourful houses that is sure to live long in your memory. And when evening falls, why not dine out in the impressive Das Loft, whose original decor will enchant you as you gaze out onto the panorama of this beautiful European city.

  16. Your travel pieces really are, for me, some of the most eagerly-anticipated blog entries that you produce, Ariadna. It’s well documented and underlined every day on social media that you are a naturally beautiful and alluring woman and that you have the body beautiful, with sumptuous curves in all the right places and effortless grace, but it is through your insightful travel pieces, in particular, that the true depth of your fascinating and charming character really shines through. You’re a passionate, intelligent and interesting woman who clearly has a good eye for detail and a love of the finer things in life - as your whistlestop tour of the clearly beautiful Austrian capital again demonstrates. This is a side of your character that really appeals to me and already I wait with bated breath to see where your wanderlust will take you next and which part of our amazing planet will capture your imagination. You’ve certainly captured my imagination, Ariadna, and I have one or two suggestions for possible travel destinations for when you are next hit by the travel bug..... :o)
